VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT — ACCOUNTS OFFICER (FULL-TIME)
A reputable healthcare facility in Accra is seeking to recruit a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial transactions and update accounting systems accordingly.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and other financial reports.
- Process invoices, staff claims, supplier payments, and petty cash transactions.
- Support monthly and yearly financial reporting processes.
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budget preparation.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
- Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of all financial documents.
- Assist in stock and asset management records.
- Provide financial data and analysis to management for decision-making.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A minimum of HND or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Working experience in a healthcare or clinical practice setting will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
