VACANCY FOR THE POSITION OF ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
A reputable company is seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and responsible individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support
- Provide direct support to managers responsible for Administration and Operations.
- Act as a primary point of contact for inquiries and correspondence within the organization.
- Conduct and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Support administrative tasks, including printing, photocopying, document delivery, paying bills, and preparing reports.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, including reordering and coordinating procurement when necessary.
- Organize and maintain office records, files, and meeting minutes.
- Ensure the secure storage and systematic organization of documentation.
2. Driving and Vehicle Management
- Drive official vehicles to facilitate stakeholder engagements, meetings, and other operational needs.
- Perform daily vehicle checks, ensuring that brakes, tires, fluid levels, lubricants, and overall cleanliness are maintained.
- Maintain accurate vehicle documentation, including reporting defects and vehicle servicing records.
- Ensure official vehicles are serviced on schedule at the respective authorized garages.
- Keep vehicle logbooks updated and in compliance with company requirements.
- Collect and deliver official supplies and other items to and from designated locations.
- Adhere to all road safety regulations and uphold the company’s standards of professionalism when representing the organization on the road.
Qualifications and Experience
- A valid driving license. Should be able to drive a manual vehicle.
- Minimum of an HND or a First Degree in a relevant field.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, including administrative and driving responsibilities.
- Clean driving record.

- Any other duties assigned by your supervisor.
