Heath Goldfields Ltd, the owner and operator of the Bogoso-Prestea Gold Mine, is looking for a dedicated Investigator to join our Security Department.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company committed to operational excellence, safety, and integrity as we renew and grow the Bogoso-Prestea mine.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

1.  Conduct professional investigations into theft, fraud, misconduct, and policy breaches
2.  Gather and preserve evidence in line with best practices
3.  Prepare accurate and detailed reports with actionable recommendations
4.  Collaborate with law enforcement, regulators, and internal teams
5.  Provide preventive advice to strengthen security systems

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:

1.  Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Security Management, Law, or a related field
2.  5+ years’ experience in investigations (mining, corporate security, or law enforcement preferred)
3.  Strong knowledge of investigative techniques and reporting
4.  Integrity, confidentiality, and ability to work under pressure
