CAPEMAY Properties is seeking an organized and proactive HR and Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR functions, oversee administrative operations, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Talent Management:
- Assist in developing recruitment strategies and job descriptions.
- Coordinate job postings, interviews, and selection processes.
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with line managers to address employee concerns.
- Assist in designing and implementing performance management systems.
- Support goal-setting, feedback, and evaluation processes.
- Identify training needs and develop programs.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
- Maintain accurate employee records and databases.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
