Location: Accra, Ghana
Executive Summary:
We are seeking a Head of Human Resources to lead and manage HR functions across PAIX
HR Service delivery , You with oversee a multi-country HR team, implement group-wide processes, and drive initiatives that support a high-performance, inclusive, and compliant work environment.
Key Activities:
Provide leadership to HR teams, oversee performance management, recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives, and manage HR metrics and budgeting across
regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead HR teams in various countries to ensure consistent and effective service delivery
- Manage HR budgets, metrics, payroll, benefits, and audits
- Oversee group-wide recruitment and onboarding processes
- Ensure consistent implementation of performance management tools and strategies
- Promote healthy employee relations and workplace conduct : Eate tuling antane i lan elvis aligne mil Hure usiness needs
- Support organizational change initiatives and ensure HR operational efficiency

- Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to lead HR across multiple countries and influence senior stakeholders

- Results Focus: Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to HR execution
- Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, evolving, multi-country environments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's/HR certification is a plus)
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles
- Experience managing HR functions at a regional or group level
- High energy, ethical, and proactive leader with strong people and process management skills
- Experience in the technology or data centre industry is an advantage
