Role Description

AbtonCrafters is seeking smart, energetic National Service Personnel to support Sales, Marketing, and Operations. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the travel, tourism, and corporate mobility sector while working in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and basic client communication.

• Support Marketing with content posting, research, and campaign execution.

• Help Operations with documentation, checklists, and trip coordination.

• Handle basic admin tasks, data entry, and reporting as assigned.

Competencies

• Willingness to learn and take initiative.

• Good communication skills.

• Strong work ethic and discipline.

Performance Targets

• 150 leads generated monthly (combined calls, messages, and outreach).

• Minimum 2 confirmed bookings per month (individual or via team efforts).

• GHS5,000 in monthly revenues

Salary / Allowance

• GHS 1,100/month allowance

• Eligibility for commissions on confirmed bookings.
