MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome, inform, and advise clients (in person, by phone, by email, or via social media).
- Manage a client portfolio (follow-up, reminders, loyalty).
- Respond to inquiries about our products and services.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Ensure high-quality after-sales service.
- Draft daily reports on client interactions.
- Participate in prospecting and communication campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and admin teams.
💼 REQUIRED PROFILE
* Excellent written and verbal communication in **French and English**.
* Well-presented, with strong interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in office tools and CRM software.
* Dynamic, proactive, organized, and autonomous.
* Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus
