This role involves close coordination with our sales and logistics teams to ensure a smooth and professional experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and orders
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely responses
- Maintain accurate records and support aftersales communication
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Previous experience in sales support or customer service preferred
- Engineering background is an advantage
