We are seeking a young and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Techiman. This is an entry-level role – no prior experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the office.
- Assist with filing, record-keeping, and basic documentation.
- Support communication between departments.
- Handle office errands and basic correspondence.
- The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/HND or equivalent.
Experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Willingness to learn and grow in an administrative role.
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) are an advantage but not compulsory.
- Good communication skills in English and local languages.
- Must be based in Techiman or nearby towns.
