JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee recruitment, staff development, performance management, and employee relations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead by example and set high standards.
2. Oversee recruitment, selection, and retention.
3. Manage training, development, and performance appraisal.
4. Maintain attendance and employee relations.
5. Ensure compliance with labour laws
6.  Develop HR strategies and policies for a positive work environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

1. First degree in HR or related field.
2.  2-3 years relevant work experience.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
