📍 Location: Tema Free Zone, Ghana

Sintex Ghana is expanding, and we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team in the following positions:

1. Factory Supervisor

Key Duties:

1. Supervise factory workers and manage daily production operations
2. Prepare and submit daily production reports
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
4. Identify and report workplace hazards
5. Promote a safety-first culture among team members

Requirements:

1. Minimum of HND
2. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing sector

 2. Plumber

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
2. Certificate in Plumbing is an added advantage

 3. Industrial Electrician

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
2. Certificate in Electricals from a recognized institution is an added advantage

4. Factory Workers

Key Duties:

1. Support the production line with assigned tasks
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization on the shop floor
3. Follow safety guidelines and instructions from supervisors

Requirements:

1. Must be physically fit and hardworking
2. Prior experience in a factory or production setting is an advantage
