We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting the overall efficiency of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Support HR and finance with documentation and record-keeping
- Assist in onboarding new employees and supporting staff needs
- Ensure a clean, organized, and productive office environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and general office software
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
