Key Responsibilities
Ø Lead Generation and Prospecting
§ Develop and implement effective business development plans to expand the company’s client base and market presence.
§ Identify and prospect potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
§ Conduct ongoing market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
§ Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, partners, and distributors.
Ø Sales & Presentations
§ Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing the company’s IT products and services.
§ Collaborate with technical teams to accurately communicate complex solutions to clients.
§ Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and business challenges.
Ø Client Relationship Management
§ Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
§ Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions to meet their objectives.
§ Provide post-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-up.
Ø Proposal Development & Negotiation
§ Prepare and submit professional proposals, quotes, and contracts in response to client requests.
§ Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Ø Collaboration & Networking
§ Work closely with internal teams (finance, technical support, etc.) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
§ Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications & Experience
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in IT sales and marketing, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent understanding of RFQ/RFP and Tender Processes
Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions.
IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) will be an advantage.
Established network of contacts within the IT industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a business development team.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives.
