About the Role
We are an IT services company seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer to grow our customer base and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and close new business opportunities for IT services and solutions
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable IT solutions
- Drive contract renewals, upselling, and customer retention
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in B2B sales or business development
- (IT services experience/ exposure will be a plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Customer-focused and target-driven
