KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company's services and growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and provide regular reports on progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
- Track performance against KPIs, targets, and objectives.
- Attend and represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years' experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in Security Industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; familiarity with digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
