Job Summary

The role involves managing enquiries, resolving complaints, and providing consistent support to clients throughout their journey with the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client enquiries promptly and resolve issues professionally
- Support buyers through documentation, payment, and property handover processes
- Maintain accurate customer records, feedback logs, and service reports
- Liaise effectively with sales, legal, and project teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Customer Service, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role (real estate experience is an advantage)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Professional demeanor with a strong customer-focused mindset
- Excellent record-keeping and organizational abilities
