- Diploma or Degree in Printing Technology, Graphic Arts,
- Production Management, or a related field.
- 2-7 years experience in a printing press environment.
- Prior supervisory or team-lead experience in production.
- Ability to plan, organize, and oversee multiple production jobs.
- In-depth understanding of quality control standards in printing.
- Ability to read and interpret job tickets, layouts, and print specifications.
- Ability to identify print defects and implement corrective actions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Problem-solving ability, especially in production delays or technical issues.
