An Oil Marketing Company (OMC) engaged in the resale/retailing of petroleum products in the downstream petroleum sector seeks to urgently employ an individual with the required skills and experience for the position of STATION MANAGER
Job Description
- Management of pump attendants, supervisors, lube bay attendants and other forecourt staff
- Manage customer portfolio. Execute station's plans in order to achieve maximum financial and commercial results.
Preferred Qualification & Skills
- Applicant must possess excellent customer service skills.
- He/she must have a minimum of an HND certificate.
- He/she must have minimum of 2 years working experience in the Petroleum Downstream Industry.
- Ability to plan and implement company strategies.
- Possess leadership qualities.
- Must have good verbal communication.
In addition, the applicant must exhibit the following:
- Quick decision-making abilities
- A broad understanding of customer relations.
- Perform under extreme time pressure in a stressful environment.
- Have meticulous attention to detail.
- Be highly numerate with good analytical capacities.
- Able to work beyond regular hours when required.
- Physically fit to undertake tasks.
- Be a confident team player with good interpersonal skills.
Location: Eastern Region and Greater Accra Region.
