Phundit is a Ghanaian fintech building a financial health and goal based savings platform for young Ghanaians. We are looking for someone to own compliance, risk and AML/CFT.
What you will own
Compliance monitoring against Act 987, Act 1044 and Act 843
The enterprise risk framework and risk register
The AML/CFT programme as designated AMLRO: CDD and EDD, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, STR and CTR filing, and staff training
What we are looking for
Three or more years in compliance or risk inside a BoG or SEC regulated institution
Experience as AMLRO or deputy AMLRO
AML/CFT certification (GIMPA, ICA or ACAMS), or a clear path to it
