We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support the efficient delivery of HR operations, policy administration, employee lifecycle processes, and people initiatives across the organization. This role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate HR administration, maintaining compliance with labour regulations and company policies, supporting employee engagement, and providing reliable HR data and reporting that enables effective decision-making and an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day HR operations, ensuring employee records, documentation, and HR data remain accurate, confidential, and up to date.
- Prepare and administer employee documentation, including confirmation, promotion, transfer, onboarding, and exit letters.
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation, transfers, promotions, leave administration, and offboarding activities.
- Maintain HRIS records and ensure timely updates across all HR systems to support accurate reporting and decision-making.
- Provide first-level HR support by responding to employee enquiries and escalating complex issues where required.
- Support the implementation, review, and communication of HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and employee guidelines.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, labour regulations, internal controls, and statutory requirements while supporting internal and external audit activities.
- Coordinate payroll inputs by validating employee changes, benefits, allowances, deductions, and other HR-related information before payroll processing.
- Support the administration of employee benefits, insurance, pension documentation, and welfare programmes.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, wellness programmes, culture-building activities, and internal HR communications.
- Collect, analyze, and prepare HR reports, dashboards, and people metrics to support management reporting and workforce planning.
- Support HR projects focused on process improvement, automation, policy enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee documentation and ensure compliance with document retention and confidentiality standards.
- Provide administrative support for employee relations activities, including documentation, meeting coordination, and case tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Humanities, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5–9 years' experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, People Operations, or HR Policy Management.
- Professional HR certification such as IHRMP, SHRM, CIPD, or an equivalent recognized qualification is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, HR policies, compliance, and employment documentation.
- Experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good understanding of payroll administration, HR reporting, and HR analytics.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
