EatByZoe is looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Quality Control Officer to help uphold our commitment to excellence and ensure the highest standards across our operations.
Responsibilities
- Inspect all finished cakes and bakery products before they are delivered to customers.
- Verify designs, flavours, messages, and specifications for accuracy.
- Identify defects, provide feedback, and ensure corrections are made before sign-off.
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards.
- Document inspection results and prepare quality reports.
- Collaborate with production and customer service teams to resolve quality issues.
- Bachelor's Degree in General Science, Food Science, Home Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance, preferably in the food or hospitality industry.
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of bakery operations is an added advantage.
