GRID Petroleum Gh. Ltd. is hiring: Operations Manager
Location: Head Office - Accra (with frequent travels to station sites)
🏢 Department: Retail and Operations
📋 Reports to: General Manager
We're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee maintenance, engineering, and regulatory/HSEQ compliance across all our fuel stations.
What you'll do:
✅ Coordinate repairs, maintenance & engineering of station equipment
✅ Monitor compliance with brand, regulatory & HSEQ standards
✅ Conduct variance analysis and operational performance reviews
✅ Support site staff training on operational & safety standards
✅ Supervise the Retail & Operations Analyst, Station Managers, and Liaison Supervisor
What we're looking for:
🎓 Advanced degree/master's in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field ( professional certification is a plus)
💼 5 to 10 years practical experience in retail operations/facilities management (FMCG/OMC background is a plus)
🔧 Strong knowledge of HSEQ and regulatory compliance
🤝 Excellent team building and communication skills
