Job Title: Account Officer
Location: Kumasi and Accra
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field. This role involves managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are recorded properly.
- Prepare financial statements, invoices, and reconciliation reports
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision-making.
- Assist in audits and financial reporting activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Tally, or ERP systems).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
