Position: Front Desk Personnel
Location: Ring Road Central, near Nima Police Station
Education & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Secretariat Studies
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in office administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly
- Maintain and update office records and databases
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
- Liaise with staff and external partners as needed
