WhiteCap Management Limited is a project development company with a strategic focus on Mining Support Services and Renewable Energy. As part of our growth, we are seeking qualified and motivated professionals to join our team in the following position:

1. HR & Administration Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee recruitment, training, and employee welfare.
  2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  3. Manage performance appraisals, payroll, and compliance.
  4. Ensure efficient office administration and staff support.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's is an advantage).
  2. Minimum 5 years' experience in HR & Administration.
  3. Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labour laws and HR best practices

Work Location: Konongo, Ghana
