🔍 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s is a plus)
✅ Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
✅ Strong working knowledge of Ghanaian labor law
✅ Corporate or consulting HR experience is an added advantage
✅ Membership in a recognized professional body (CIHRM, SHRM, CIPD) is required
