Position: Customer Relations Officer
Employment type: Full-Time
Be the first point of contact for patients, handle enquiries, follow-ups, and support clinic campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient enquiries (calls, walk-ins, social media)
- Convert leads into bookings & visits
- Support social media engagement
- Maintain records & weekly reports
- Collect insights to improve patient experience
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication & writing skills
- Customer-focused & proactive
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Journalism, Marketing, Customer Service, or related field.
At least 1-2 years' experience in customer service.
