We are looking for a friendly, well-organised, and proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, partners, and visitors. This role is central to creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
What You will Do
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Manage front desk operations, including receiving and sorting mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Provide basic administrative support such as scheduling appointments, photocopying, and filing.
- Assist with coordinating meetings and preparing meeting rooms.
- Support internal communication by relaying messages promptly and accurately.
- Perform other clerical and office support duties as assigned.
Who We’re Looking For
- A Diploma or Higher National Certificate (HND) in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
Prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Administrative Assistant is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Well-organized with strong multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance, punctuality, and a high level of integrity.
