📍 Location: Takoradi (Applicants must reside in or be willing to relocate)
Are you an experienced professional in Supply Chain Management with specialization in Procurement? Wayoeltd is seeking a results-driven individual to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely sourcing of materials and services.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to achieve cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with project, construction, mining, or oil & gas teams to meet operational needs.
• Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records.
• Identify risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably within construction, mining, or oil & gas sectors.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of procurement systems and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
