1. HND in Hospitality Management or related field (Minimum Second Class Upper).
2. 1–2 years of proven experience in a similar role within a reputable hotel or restaurant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and ensure timely service.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
4. Uphold hotel standards of service and hospitality.
5. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
6. Handle guest inquiries and complaints courteously and efficiently.
