About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and hands-on experience in HR strategy, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations and ensure alignment with company goals
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures
- Develop and implement HR policies, performance management systems, and compliance initiatives
- Advise management on best HR practices and workforce planning
- Maintain accurate HR records and support organizational development initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field (Master’s is an advantage)
- 5–10 years proven experience in a similar HR management role
- Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labour laws and HR compliance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive matters with discretion
