The Warehouse Officer is responsible for the efficient management of materials, goods, and inventory within the warehouse. The role ensures proper receipt, storage, dispatch, and documentation of all stock items in accordance with company procedures, safety standards, and production requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, store, and distpactch goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records (ERP/MS Excel)
- Implement FIFO/FEFO and keep warehouse organizand
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports
- Enforce safety and SS standards
- Coordinate with procurement, poduction & logistics teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degreee/HND in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Admin or related field
- 2-3 years warehouse experience (Manufacturing/FMCG preferred)
- Proficient in MS Excel & SAP
- Strong knowledge of inventory control prcinciples
