Manna Heights Hotel is expanding its team and invites qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the following positions:
1. Front Office Executives
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly
- Manage reservations, phone calls, and front desk records
- Maintain accurate guest information and daily reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
2. Waiters / Waitresses
Key Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages professionally
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
- Present bills and process payments correctly
- Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and service standards
- Assist with setup and clearing of dining areas
3. Security Personnel
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety and security of guests, staff, and hotel property
- Monitor premises, entrances, and exits
- Control access to the hotel and prevent unauthorized entry
- Respond promptly to emergencies or security incidents
- Maintain incident logs and report issues to management
- Enforce hotel security policies and procedures
