About the Role:
The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and report generation
- Support team members with administrative tasks and project coordination
- Handle social media content
- Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Word Document and Spreadsheet
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- University degree or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
Schedule:
30-40 hours per week
