POSITION 1: Logistics and Operations Manager

Reports to: CEO
Direct Reports: Shipping Teams, Warehouse Manager, Marketing Lead, CS Lead, Admin/Finance.
Role Overview: The operational "engine" of the company. Currently oversees both the technical logistics side and the general support services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dual Oversight: Manage the daily operations of the Shipping/Logistics directorate AND the General Services directorate.
- Process Implementation: Design SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for shipping, warehousing, and customer service.
- Performance: Liaise with the external appraisal company to ensure staff KPIs are met.
- Transition Planning: Groom department leads to eventually take over the "Shipping" and "Services" wings independently in the future.
- Reporting: Compile weekly consolidated reports (Sales vs. Operations) for the CEO.
- Meet weekly sales target.
- Any other task that will be assigned by the CEO.
