Job Purpose
The Procurement Officer's mission is to select and negotiate products according to the objectives of volumes, cost and quality according to his category.
He / She is the guarantor of the supply, the quality of the product, the delivery times, or the supplier's ability to innovate.
Job Description
- Participate in the definition of the product and analyse the products (set of product characteristics)
- Study the consequences related to the launch of a product on the purchasing process (modification of quantities, expansion of product families, etc)
- Study, build, update and manage the supplier portfolio.
- Prospect and identify new suppliers in a given area, study the characteristics of their offer and participate in their selection.
- Participate in negotiations on all criteria (price, quantity, etc).
- Supervise the processing of orders by ensuring compliance with cost and deadlines and guarantee the availability of goods.
