Financial Controller
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis in accounting. Master's degree preferable.
- Chartered Accountant equivalent designation required.
- Additional professional qualifications/certifications (e.g. CMA, CFA etc.) is desired.
- With successful practical experience in leading the digital transformation of enterprise finance and possessing comprehensive management experience in the entire cycle of large-scale ERP system selection, implementation and optimization.
- Significant exposure to all accounting, tax, and treasury functions.
- Five years mining experience - thorough understanding of mining terminology.
- Significant experience in IFRS financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Advanced excel.
WORKING EXPERIENCE
At least 15 years work experience, with a minimum of 10 years in a similar capacity.
