We're Hiring: Head of Methods

At CIMAF, we’re on a mission to build the future—one strong, sustainable structure at a time. 

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Head of Methods who is experienced in mechanical engineering at a cement plant, or other heavy industry/manufacturing entity and has the ability to establish procedures for preventive and curative interventions on mechanical installations; Maintain and update the documentation of the managed equipment; Ensure the preparation of the schedules of preventive interventions and major work stoppages in coordination with supervisors and technicians. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1.  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. A master’s degree will be a plus. 
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role at a cement plant, or other heavy industrial/manufacturing entity.
3. Ability to establish procedures for preventive and curative interventions on mechanical             installations
