The front desk executive provides professional front office and administrative support, serving as a key point of contact for visitors, staff, and executive leadership. This role contributes to the smooth operation of the office through coordination, communication, and executive support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and visitor engagement
- Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and scheduling
- Maintain a professional and organized reception environment
- Provide administrative and logistical support to Executive Directors, including coordination of refreshments
- Support daily front office and executive operations as required
Requirements
Minimum Qualification
- Degree.
- Manage front desk operations and visitor engagement.
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to manage front desk tasks efficiently.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
