Organizational Setting and Reporting:
The Head of Sales & Partnerships is located within the Commercial & Business Development Directorate of AbtonCrafters. The role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and provides strategic leadership in business expansion, revenue growth, institutional partnerships, and oversight of the sales team.

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for the Head of Sales and Partnerships at AbtonCrafters Ltd. The individual will lead and manage the sales team while driving the company’s commercial growth, driving revenue, securing institutional and corporate accounts, developing and executing strategic plans and ensuring the success of all major travel programs. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating and closing deals, identifying and implementing partnership opportunities, and overseeing account management activities. The role also involves monitoring market trends, driving sales performance, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall sales strategy, revenue generation, and commercial performance.
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets across retail and institutional sectors.
• Secure partnerships with companies, government agencies, and international organizations.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor the sales team.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing models.
• Attend meetings, events, and negotiations with high-level stakeholders.
• Ensure all major trips achieve minimum 30 passengers.
• Generate monthly performance reports and revenue forecasts.
Competencies
• Strong Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management skills, with a proven track record of meetingor exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional Team Management skills, with experience recruiting, leading, and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights for sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to foster productive partnerships.
• Experience in creating and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and lead a geographically dispersed team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
• Experience within the industry or similar sectors is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Tourism, Economics, etc.).
• 4+ years’ experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or institutional sales.
• Experience closing corporate/government deals is an good advantage
Performance Targets
• GHS 200,000 minimum monthly revenue
• 2 corporate deals per month
• 30 passengers minimum per flagship trip
Salary
• GHC6,000/ month (Possible Increase after probation period- based on performance)
