Job Summary:
We are looking for a Payment Coordinator to support payment tracking, reconciliation, and client payment-related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and update client payment schedules and records
- Coordinate payment confirmations and reconciliations with Finance Team
- Follow up on outstanding payments and payment-related enquiries
- Maintain accurate payment documentation and reports
- Support collections and payment reporting activities
- Ensure timely and accurate updates to payment trackers
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-4 years' relevant experience in payments, finance support, or collections
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel especially)
