Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take charge of our daily procedures, inspire productivity and improve efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and maximum productivity.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and drive cost-effective solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships, and facility management.
- Optimise efficiency of existing protocols in a cost-effective way
- Work closely with the leadership team to align with business direction and objectives
- Ensure business compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 5 years' relevant experience in operations, real estate, or property management
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
