- 5+ years in real estate sales or advisory
- Strong negotiation and relationship skills
- Deep understanding of the real estate market

QUALIFICATION
- 5 years' experience in real estate sales or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends
