We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Officer to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, records, and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and correspondence
- Maintain filing systems and company databases
- Handle procurement of office supplies and inventory tracking
- Support HR with staff records and administrative documentation
- Prepare reports, letters, and official documents
- Ensure compliance with office procedures and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
