Royal Crown Packaging Limited (RCPL), a leader in the corrugated packaging industry, is seeking a highly driven and customer-focused professional to join our growing team as a Service Quality Manager.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in customer-facing environments, understands the dynamics of sales support, and has a strong appreciation for quality assurance standards in manufacturing.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who has:
- A solid Customer Service background
- Experience in Sales or Sales Support
- Working knowledge of Quality Assurance processes (added advantage)
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
- Confidence to manage customer complaints and coordinate with multiple departments
You must be someone who can maintain professionalism under pressure, ensure timely issue resolution, and help strengthen customer confidence in RCPL’s products and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities (Summary)
- Support and oversee customer complaint management
- Ensure service quality standards are consistently met
- Coordinate with Sales, QA, Production & Dispatch for issue resolution
- Analyze customer feedback and prepare periodic reports
- Champion service improvement initiatives across the company
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–10 years’ experience in Customer Service, Sales/Sales Support, or Quality Assurance (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to manage cross‑functional coordination
