ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to drive growth and expand our client base. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support revenue generation initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase company revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Achieve and exceed set sales and growth targets.
- Prepare periodic business development reports for management.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role, preferably in the Facility Management Industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and result oriented
- A background in Law or Legal Studies will be considered a plus.
