What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and enforce transport schedules and timetables
- Assign drivers and monitor vehicle utilization
- Ensure vehicles meet required safety and legal standards
- Oversee licensing, insurance, and maintenance compliance
- Monitor and report driver issues such as accidents or safety concerns
- Keep accurate vehicle log books and transport records
- Provide ad-hoc driving and administrative support when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a transport or related role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
