Position: Accra Coordinator
We're seeking dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Accra Coordinator. If you're passionate about logistics and delivery operations, we'd love to hear from you! This role requires strong organizational and supervisory skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in logistics management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise team members, providing guidance and support
- Coordinate deliveries and pick-ups
- Manage schedules and routes
- Communicate with drivers, riders, LSO, clients, and team members
- Ensure compliance with operational SOPs
- Monitor and report on pickup and delivery performance metrics
- Assist with resolving pickup and delivery-related issues
- Assist the Operation Manager
Skills & Competencies:
- Organized, proactive, and results-oriented with a can-do attitude
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with route planning and optimization is a plus
- Familiarity with GPS tracking systems
- Must have strong knowledge of Accra and its environs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or delivery operations
- Valid driver’s license (preferred but not required)
- Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Age: 35+
