EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (FULL-TIME)
LOCATION: REMOTE
Our client, a leading nonprofit organisation based in Orlando, is hiring an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Board by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day- to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and communications.
- Coordinate board meetings, team calls, and stakeholder engagements.
- Support grant research, tracking, and application preparation.
- Handle basic bookkeeping, procurement, and expense tracking.
- Arrange travel logistics and maintain organized records and systems
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools.
- Experience with bookkeeping, calendar management, and travel coordination.
