Position: Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Location: Abuja and Accra, Ghana
Job Summary: Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced COO who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and alignment with strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Masters preferred).
- 15 years of experience in operations leadership, preferably in elevator, or engineering sectors.
- Strong knowledge of African market operations is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and project management capabilities.
